pali & co and Brussels Beer Project become partners to operate events and catering in cultural, social and solidarity venues! 🎉

pali & co is pali pali's hospitality and event organization. It offers its expertise to cultural, social and solidarity venues. Its know-how ranges from the design of virtual or hybrid events for congresses, conferences, staff parties, product launches, company anniversaries, ceremonies or events for the general public, to the management of bars or catering outlets.

Brussels Beer Project and pali & co share the same values. Born in 2013 with Olivier & Sébastien, the project has been supported by an active community from the very first days. It represents an alternative vision of Brussels: multicultural, contemporary and vibrant! Brussels Beer Project sets an example of responsible enterprise, and has become a source of pride for the whole of Brussels. The company brewed the world's first beer from unsold bread 5 years ago - a symbol of today's circular economy! 

New locations

The collaboration will enable pali & co-operated venues like La Fonderie, due to open on May 1, to serve local produce, host original events, and imagine new venues.
